End to End Merchants Reporting Offline Processing

Some end to end merchants are reporting that systems are processing offline following a brief period of authorization timeouts caused by TSYS. The timeouts have been resolved. Restarting the point of sale system or the Universal Transaction Gateway (UTG) service should return processing to normal.
